How we handle your information.
This notice explains what this website does with the information you send us, in plain terms. Last updated 12 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by SilicoScientia Private Limited, Nagananda Commercial Complex, No. 07/3, 15/1, Second Floor, 18th Main Road, Jayanagar 9th Block, Bengaluru – 560041, India. You can reach us at info@silicoscientia.com.
What this website collects
The pages of this website do not set cookies, and they do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so your browser does not contact other companies when you read it.
Like any web server, the service that hosts this website may keep standard access logs, such as your IP address, the page requested and the time. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
When you contact us
If you use the enquiry form or write to us, we receive the details you give: your name, work email address, organisation and, if you choose to add them, your country, the areas you are interested in, your type of organisation and your message.
Depending on how the form is set up at the time, your message is either prepared in your own email application for you to send, or delivered to us through a form-handling service. In both cases it reaches us as an email.
How we use it
We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We will not add you to a mailing list without asking you first, and we do not sell your information.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is handled by our own team. We may use email, hosting and form-handling providers to receive and store it; they act on our behalf and only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to answer you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent to us contacting you. To do any of these, write to info@silicoscientia.com.
Links to other sites
This website links to our pages on LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube, to journal websites, and to a map. Those services have their own privacy policies, and their use is governed by them.
Changes
If we change how this website handles information, for example by adding analytics, we will update this notice before the change takes effect.
